***Announcement: Early next week, we’ll be merging the current Fios and Wireless Communities into the all new Verizon Community! Beginning the evening of Sunday 12/4, both Communities will be placed in read-only mode. You’ll still be able to visit the Communities and browse content, but login will be disabled. On the afternoon of Monday 12/5, all users will be able to log into the new Verizon Community. We expect the new Community to be fully functional the morning of Friday 12/9. Additional details can be found in the Announcements board and under Featured Topics!
Random Signal Drops

Why am I getting random signal losses with data connection loss?

I just switched from a BB10 to Droid Maxx a month ago and have been experiencing this from that time. Never had this problem with the BB.

Most of the Verizon connection in Brookings is 3G still, but is 4G from one tower north of town.

Customer Support

We don't want that to be the experience you have with our network Kttail. Let's get to the bottom of this so you can enjoy your Droid Maxx. What's your zip code? Please power off, remove, and re-insert SIM card. Once that's done, change to LTE/CDMA and keep us posted if your service continues to change.
