I have a Droid Turbo and have been having problem with the microphone for the past month. People can hear me when I have the phone on speaker mode, but not in regular mode. How do I fix this?
We will do all we can do to fix this. We hope nothing too serious is going on.
Let's make sure HD Voice is temporarily disabled as we troubleshoot.
Go to Settings > Advanced Calling> tap Advanced Calling > Tap the Advanced Callings Switch and turn it off. After that is done, power the phone off & on and try the audio again. Can people hear you? Can you hear them?

I tried your suggestion and the problem still exists. The volume of my voice goes up and down according to the people I call.
