Turbo 2 Visual Voicemail not finishing setup

I know this is already a thread but couldn't find how to reply on it. I just got a turbo 2 yesterday and tried setting up visual voicemail and it won't finish. Anyone have a solution?

Settings, apps, all, visual voicemail, clear data then "force stop" on the upper left of that same screen. After that, attempt to reload visual voicemail.
