Turbo 2 still not able to update.

I've been in need of wifi calling. I was happy to see we was finally getting it. I have 2 Turbo 2's on my plan, and neither have received the update. I've tried using the computer with upgrade assistant also. Says we are up to date even though I see everyone talking they've had updated for several weeks.

Try to pull the update down while the SIM card is out of the phone.

Thank you. I was able to try that now that I am home, says up to date still. I tried on my wife's also. Thank you for trying though.
