Turbo, no sound when calling

Whenever I receive a call or make a call I can't hear the person on the other line and they cannot hear me, almost like the phone is muted but it isn't. I tried to turn the phone on and then off, muting and unmuting, and speakerphone and un-speakerphone.

I want everyone to be able to hear you clear as a bell. Has your device been dropped or damaged in any way?
