Why can't callers hear me, I can hear them.

Just this morning my callers stopped hearing me. I can hear them through the ear and speaker.  No problem sending text and the phone rings. I have checked the airplane off mode as well as the mute button. Any other ideas? My phone is no longer under warranty but still looks new.

Oddly enough, callers started hearing me again. I have no idea why and cannot help anyone with a similar problem.
