answering phone.

phone rings I pick up and the answer button disappears.  I have no way of getting it to reappear.  I have to wait till phone goes to voicemail and call person back.  Not sure if this is right board.  Phone is moto z4.  Moto z2 used to do it also

We want to make sure you are able to successfully answer all incoming calls, PNFERRICK. Can you please provide more details as to what exactly happens? Does the screen go dark and not come back on, or does the button specifically disappear? Is your device up to date on the most recent software?
