My phone was losing its charge and a screen came up telling me to charge it. I immediately plugged it into my charger and still after almost 6 hours I cannot get it to turn back on. When I unplug it and re plug it in again I get a white light in the upper left corner that very briefly blinks then nothing. I have tried to try a different charger that I know works, tried several different outlets in my home and still nothing. I also tried holding the power and volume buttons and still nothing. this is my only phone. Any suggestions? Please help

I see you've tried a number of troubleshooting steps as well. Are you using the charger that came with the device? As "21stNow" mentioned, I want to ensure you're pressing the correct buttons to soft reset the device. Ensure you're holding the volume - down button. See steps here: http://vz.to/10gVPBk. If that doesn't work, let's try hard resetting the device following the alternate method: http://vz.to/113cybe. Complete these steps once you have had the device plugged into the original charger for at least 15 minutes. If it still won't power on, we can look into replacement options.
Does the device have any physical or liquid damages? And is it still within the one year manufacturer's warranty or have the extended warranty coverage?
