contacts backup

Only 19 of my 325 contacts are backing up on the cloud (& Backup Assistant).   How do I get the rest to backup?

I have the same problem- only 21 of my 100 plus contacts are backed up.  The cloud support website is no help.

Check to see how the contacts are saved - only those saved as phone contacts are backed up to Verizon cloud.   More reliable, and more likely, your contacts are Google contacts, linked to your Google login on the phone.

You can use an app like Contacts Optimizer to sync all the contacts in one place; either change them all to google, or change them all to phone contacts.  Contacts Optimizer - Android Apps on Google Play
