droid turbo

I am not able to access the internet or send sms or mms when I'm taking to someone on the phone.  Anyone else have this problem??

The Droid Turbo is currently unable to do simultaneous voice and data unless you're on wi-fi; an update should address this.

Why cant i talk and surf at the same time?
