how do i move pictures from phone to pc?

Attempting to download pictures on phone to new pc w/ Windows 10.

Can anyone help?

If you connect the phone to the pc with a USB cable, it *should * show up in your file a manger as a drive... you can then browse that drive for your photos (it may be as logical as a folder called photos, or it may be deeper in a folder labeled DCIM).  Once you see them on the phone drive, copy them to a folder on your PC.  You can then delete them from the phone to free up space.
