Phone is a nuisance. Have to untangle ads to operate phone!

I wonder if you have an applications or two that is pushing ads to your home screen. You should check which applications you installed shortly before the ads started and remove them. You can also look for an application that will detect air push ads.

We always want your experience on your phone to be a great one, TheTrickster. We are here to help. Ann154 is correct regarding the ADs. 

 

Anytime a phone receive a pop-up add, it is caused by an application that is installed within the phone. They are not associated with our service our network, so you would need o research the applications on your phone to detiremine which ones are the cause.
