My visual voicemail doesn't work. It makes me call voicemail.

The visual voicemail application requires a 4G or 3G cellular connection to connect with the Verizon servers. Have you verified that you have this type of connection?

I have 4g. When I tap voicemail app it says setting up voicemail and vibrates then says call voicemail, it never sets up.
