How to use contacts list?

Allen1@, this is an excellent question. From your home screen tap Apps > tap People > tap Menu > tap Settings > tap Display options. In this menu you can sort your contacts by first or last name. Please let us know if you have any questions.

Didn't work. Some names are still out of alphabetical order and mixed in

other letters. (ie Don under Mike)
