I was told that the activation fee would be waved and you guys are saying that you can not do this, this is the reason that switched to you instead of SPRINT because of the free activation. I also realized that you guys charged me for a whole months worth of service that is due not even 3 weeks after i got my phone. This is a little crazy because I am paying a 200$ bill for a phone that I have only had a short period of time, if I cant get the free activation that I was promised and you guys are charging me a full months of service why did I even go with you guys? THIS IS CRAZY

As for the activation fee, who was it that told you it would be waived? Indirect store rep? Over the phone sales rep? You'd likely want to get back in contact with the same channel/store you started service at.

You were invoiced for a full month of service. That balance is not actually due until 5 days before the end of that bill cycle. So once it's due you've pretty much used all of the service you were charged for.
