The icon for the Email app that is used to access my email accounts (1 Corporate Exchange account and 2 web based emails) shows I have an unread email. However once you open it up it shows all emails have been read. I have tried removing and re-adding all the accounts as well as clearing cache and removing and adding notifications back on. Help please!
Hello rsawtell, help is here front and center! The first step to take is to login to all of your email accounts via a computer and double check all folders including the spam folder for unread items. Also, go to Settings, click on application manager, scroll to the right and select all, select Badge Provider and click on clear. Keep us posted!
