since it "updated" to Oreo, the Moto Z Play does not accept a charge. What can I do?

My Moto Z Play has not accepted a charge since Oreo was downloaded and installed. What can I do???

I rely on my phone to work at all times and definitely want to ensure your phone is working properly, robfor. Let's take a closer look into what's going on. Please tell us more about what happens when you try to charge the phone. Do you receive any error messages? Are you using the charger that came with the phone? Has there been any damage to the device?
