I just got a Razor M. I was told that a 4g phone would automatically work in Europe. I landed in London 8 hours ago and my phone has no service.
I have global networks set on the phone, have tried powering off several times. Still doesn't work.
The Verizon Chat line has been busy all day, so I can't get any help from them.
Anyone with any ideas??
Did you purchase Verizons Global Service before you went to the UK? I would say you didn't. Having access to your device while traveling internationally is important steve7759. Let's try to figure this out. The information provided by Elector is awesome. It's always a great idea to contact our global support team about all issues you are having internationally. You can use the global calling card via the support link on the page Elector provider. I also wanted to provide the steps to enable global roaming on your phone to ensure you have all the information you need. STeps below:
1) Enabling data roaming may incur roaming charges.
2) From a home screen, select Apps.
3) From the APPS tab, select Settings.
4) From the WIRELESS & NETWORKS section, select More.
5) Select Mobile networks.
6) Select Global data roaming access.
7) Select one of the options, then select OK:
--Deny data roaming access
--Allow access only for this trip
--Allow access for all trips
Please keep us posted and I hope the information above is helpful.
