Hi, I cracked my the screen on my Motorola Android 4G HD. I called the insurance and I have the new phone. I placed the old memory card in the new phone and I placed the new SIM card in. The phone will not activate. I leaves a message stating that, and I am paraphrasing, that there is difficulty activating the phone. I do not know if I placed both cards in properly i.e. backward, correct side up. Can you help me with this?
