Can I stream shows from my DVR on FiOS Mobile app in Europe? Traveling for the holidays and was hoping I could watch some of the shows from my DVR on the FiOS Mobile app on my phone while connected to a WiFi router in Europe.

No.
Streaming via app is not allowed outside of US.

And although I haven't tried it, I don't believe a VPN will work either.
