Can't redeem $100 gift card - link not working

I'm unable to redeem my $100 Verizon gift card from the promotion. I've tried multiple browsers on my computer and phone, clicking link from the email I received vs navigating from browser or Fios app - nothing works, and the link never loads. It looks like a lot of other people are also having this issue? Chat support gave me a gift card phone number to call, but I was still on hold after 45 minutes...would appreciate any assistance I can get with this.
