For the past month, I have been unable to log into my Verizon Fios account. I have called multiple times - and they give me timelines of 24-48 hours for the issue to fixed.
However - this would never happen and no one would call me to let me know what was going on.
I can't log into a computer, on the app - to watch my premium channels. NOTHING.
When I try to log in - it says that my account is locked and I have to verify information. When I type in the code I get by email or text, it does not match the information on file.
Has anyone had the issue before? I'm at my wits end trying to get this resolved.
