Cannot redeem Amazon Echo/Prime

I received the email to claim my offer on December 21st. When I click the link it takes me to My Fios app where it says “learn more about my offer”. I called and chatted with customer service for help, and they told me “just wait, there’s a 24-48 hour delay”. It’s now been 7 days and I still have no redeem link. Very frustrating.
