Hi I have (3) $100 gift cards to redeem. When I click the redeem now link I eventually get a blank screen and no way to revert back. I have tried this through the FIOS app, the website, and on IE, Google Chrome, Safari, and FireFox with the same exact issue. I have called 2x on this and was transferred to the gift card department only to hold forever. These cards expire on August 4th, how can we resolve this?
