So far I have tried to  change  my services since my 2 year agreement is expired.   Your **bleep** app doea not allow me to remove anything and adds things up to over 200 dollars.  I am about to fire this service and mlm ive to cox, at least i can see what they cost.  I want internet only and get rid of this **bleep** phone i do not use and channels i do not watch, not to suggest packages that make no sense!
