I recently came back to FIOS TV, home phone, and gigabit internet (03/17/21). I have had unlimited Verizon cell phone service for several years. One of the offers to return was the ability to "link" my accounts and receive a discount of $10 off each account per month. I have called the wireless support for help and was told several different things. One was that a link to do this would show up in my Verizon app under the Verizon Up section and I just needed to give it time to show up. I also saw that I should have received an email to help facilitate this. I have received no email or link in Verizon UP. FIOS support refers me to the wireless support and again they haven't been able to fix this. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.
