I spoke with 6 Verizon service people today via online chat (no connection at home and this is the third time I came in to work to contact Verizon), and nothing they suggested works. So, as advised, I installed the MY FIOS app because, if it didn't work, I was told I could schedule a technician to come to the house. But I cannot info anywhere, and am now on hold for the 20th minute (and having to listen to truly horrible "hold") music. If anyone can share a good #, please do so. Because you'll probably get back to me before someone does on the phone.
