Unable to Redeem $50 Fios Gift Card - Customer Service no Help

Like others here I tried to redeem 2 Fios $50 gift cards after receiving “your offer is ready to redeem” emails for both of them. When I try to redeem these (trying both the app and in a browser), the button directs to a broken link that says {"STATUS":"ERROR", "DETAILS":"missing vz_jwt"}.


I chatted with support about this and was told someone from the tech division would be contacting me once it is fixed. I’ve never heard anything. This is an unbelievable waste of time. Does anyone have a solution or have you successfully had this resolved? I have no problem redeeming the other offers like a security camera, just the 2 gift cards.

You can find your Inbox by clicking on your username at the top right corner of this page and then clicking the envelope icon that appears at the top of the menu. Please direct all correspondence concerning your issue to the agents who will be assisting you privately.
