I was provided $100 Verizon giftcards as a promotion for signing up for fios Internet. I received emails when the giftcards were available to redeem. The giftcards appear on my account but the redeem links do not work on both the browser and the MyFios app as well. I have tried multiple times over the past month to redeem these giftcards to go towards my bill. I tried calling the Verizon rewards number which was provided to me after customer service said that they could not fix this issue, and a voice message says "we are unable to process your call. Please try again later." I have called customer service twice now and submitted a claim but this issue has still not been resolved.
