I've been trying repeatedly to redeem a Fios reward offer for a $200 eGift Card which I received via email. Every time I log in to my account (on the website or the app) and select the gift-card "tile" under Home Offers, I get an error message. I reported the problem to Verizon Customer Service via Live Chat, and finally was given an 866 Verizon number to call; the representative said there must have been some delay between "the front end and the back end," and the problem should be resolved 48 hours after the email offer went through. More than 48 hours have passed, and I keep running into the same frustrating problem.
