I am not able to redeem my $200 gift card even though I received the email and have the tile under Home Offers.
I tried cintacting customer service already and they could not help me - told me to just try a different machine or the My Fios phone app. I tried both and got the message.
The error say: "Sorry. We could not find a matching record for the account information provided."
Can someone from Verizon please help? I don't want the offer to expire.
