Trying to suspend service for a few months as I'm going out of town. Cannot submit this request online, no matter how many times I tried. Forever stuck after I clicked "submit." Tried to get an online chat agent, no one was available. Tried to schedule a phone call via My Fios app - again, cannot submit request. Is this the kind of service that Verzion provides? I'm simply trying to get a short-term suspension. Why is it so hard? Is it easier to just cancel for good?
