Yet another issue redeeming gift card problem

Like several other people, I got an email saying it was time to redeem my reward gift card for choosing Fios 65 days ago.  And like those other people, the link it provides only takes me to my account view, with no rewards tiles to access.  I've tried this through web browsers and the My Fios app on my phone.  Help!
