myFios password reset broken

I'm trying to get a copy of my bill.  And I seem to have forgotten my password.  When I follow the password reset route on the app, I am texted a link to confirm that it's ok "someone" is trying to access my account.  Pretty standard.  

BUT when I follow the link to the Verizon website, click the necessary confirmation, and return to the FIOS app, it cycles endlessly.  Something seems to be broken b/c the validation isn't getting through to the app leaving me with no way to get into my Fios account!

I've already wasted hours between the app, the portal, and customer service to sort this or just get a copy of my bill.  Please help.  I'm desperate.

Your issue has been escalated to a Verizon agent. Please check your Private Messenger Inbox for a message from a Verizon Support agent. You can find your Inbox by clicking on your username at the top right corner of this page and then clicking the envelope icon that appears at the top of the menu. Please direct all correspondence concerning your issue to the agents who will be assisting you privately.
