***Announcement: Early next week, we’ll be merging the current Fios and Wireless Communities into the all new Verizon Community! Beginning the evening of Sunday 12/4, both Communities will be placed in read-only mode. You’ll still be able to visit the Communities and browse content, but login will be disabled. Bank Acct charged several times for 1 monthly payment

I paid my monthly bill of $42.44 thru the automated app with my debit card and my bank acct was charged 3 times for one payment!! I spoke with my financial institution and they have stated it is an issue with Verizon! After an hour trying to chat with an online rep. they stated its my bank, which is not true! I only have this problem with Verizon and trying to talk to someone about this is even a bigger problem! Thinking of switching carriers after 6 years!
