***Announcement: Early next week, we’ll be merging the current Fios and Wireless Communities into the all new Verizon Community! Beginning the evening of Sunday 12/4, both Communities will be placed in read-only mode. You’ll still be able to visit the Communities and browse content, but login will be disabled. Very Frustrated with Support

Back in May I went to a Verizon store to trade my sons phone in.  The promo was any trade in get a free iphone 13.  I was told I qualified for this promo.  Sent my trade in and in July received noticed that it was received.  Still not reflected on my bill.  In Oct I did a chat conversation with a live agent and was told it would be reflected in next, bill.  Today I called and agent started telling me that I didn't have the correct plan for the promo and when I started pushing back, I was hung up on!!  The amount of time I have had to spend to get this fixed is ridiculous.  Now I scheduled a call back for later today, should be interesting to hear what I'm told.  I only did the trade in because of the promo.  So disappointed and frustrated with Verizon, might be time to move on...
