I'm not understanding how you were able to check your call log and text messaging log and now you can't view any of that, this is so frustrating and you guys need to fix it and change it back. I've heard I'm not the only one complaining about this issue.....please resolve
The Verizon domain is under-going some changes. All will be OK in a few hours. Until then, try another browser, clear the cache for your browser be it desktop or mobile, try desktop view if on mobile.
You said yesterday the problem would be fixed in a few hours. I'm still having issues. I would like to be able to check my text and minute details of all phones on my account. Please fix the problem.
Works for me. Clear your browser cache, or try Chrome browser, or if on Apple, download the Chrome browser and then tap the 3 dots at the top of the window and select desktop/full page version.
