I tried upgrading my phone, long story story a glitch happened with the order and was never shipped.
However, we are being charged for the phone that we never received. We’ve been trying to get this cleared up since September.
Every time we call, they put in a ticket to remove it from our bill yet it’s still there.
We have called multiple times and the issue is never fixed. Extremely frustrating, no one at Verizon cares and we just would it removed.
How do we get help when no one wants to do their job?
