how do I find my call history

I lost a phone number I need, and want to know if I can find my call history

If it's within the last 90 days, you can sign into My Verizon, go to My Billing->View Bill and select Data, talk and text activity:

Bills/call logs are available for the past 18 months, text/data logs are available for the past 90 days.
