Chat agent kept me waiting for 1 hour

I chatted via support and the agent had me wait for 1 hour only to find out that they were  not doing anything to fix my account. The strung me along for a hour with no response only to find out that  nothing was dine. At the end of the chat the agent said everything was resolved. Well I found out today they did nothing at all and were busy sitting on their hands🤬
