Reporting a hit-and-run by Verizon work vehicle

This morning I was parked on a street, sitting in my van. The Verizon work vehicle parked in front of me was leaving, and in so doing backed into my parked vehicle. They didn’t get out to check for damage, but instead continued pulling out. I took photos of the Verizon vehicle and its license plate as it was leaving, as well as the damage done to my own vehicle. I would like to report this collision and the Verizon employee who failed to take responsibility for the damage they did to my property in mishandling their work vehicle. Thank you
