Hi,
I've been receiving text msgs from 900090001012 that there has been an activity going on with my account saying "This confirms your account PIN was created or changed. If you didn't request this change, call us at 1.800.922.0204." I haven't accessed my account nor changed my PIN. Is this a spam msg or is this legit? Because I've been seeing complaints on this number. If someone can confirm this I would truly appreciate it.
Thx
Hello alem1720, we have sent you a Private Note to ensure that we help in any way possible. GeorginaG_VZW
I too am getting offers and messages. But something feels weird about the offers. The fact that I have to call.
See screenshot
""Verizon Msg: Exclusive offer for you! Switch to our Unlimited Loyalty Plan and get all the data you'll ever need for $105/mo for your 3 phone lines with Auto Pay & paperless billing. Plus taxes & fees. But hurry, this limited-time offer is only available by calling 800.922.0204. Reply "X" to stop msgs.""
What do I do?? Is this a legitimate offer??
Stuffrp, we can understand your concern to learn if the text messages you're receiving are legitimate. To better assist you, we've sent you a Private Note. We look forward to working with you.

I received a call today from my own number saying they were Verizon and they were upgrading me to the 5g network. They texted me a password I had to read back which included this number referenced as customer service. They made me verify my zip code and had me wait for another text message. The call dropped. I changed my password, but this is very concerning. Was it Verizon?
Of course that wasn't Verizon, they would call you from their number, not spoof your own!
I have had the exact same problem with 90090001012 but underneath the number is the word 'Turkey' This has been happening for a long. I just block the number. BUT it still appears!
