I just recently joined Verizon, and after my first two bills, I'm suddenly being charged $20 for "Autopay and Paperfree Billing" instead of getting the $10 discount I was promised. I DID NOT pay manually, and autopay is still set up, so why am being charged for what is suppose to be a discount?
Doesn't sound right I would call them and ask would also get the fee remove
