27606 poor service in Raleigh, NC

Verizon coverage in 27606 zip code is terrible inside and outside of my home.  The only way for me to make calls is to use my internet service.  When workmen or guests come to my home, they are unable to make calls as well.  The coverage map says I should have good service, but I can only get one bar no matter where I am in/out of my home.  I have an iPhone 13.  

If this isn’t resolved soon, I will have no choice, but to change providers for the 3 lines I carry.
