Anyone else had issues switching to Verizon?

I went online 9/30 to switch 5 lines from t mobile over to Verizon. The website had so many issues trying to set up 5 lines and phones, so I eventually decided to go place the order with help from a Verizon rep via chat. Tyler assisted (*) and made the process very easy while confirming everything I asked for, such as split shipping and promotions for new phones/lines, were all in order. Wrong.

I asked 3 of the 5 phones be shipped to Colorado while 2 go to Iowa. 1 came to Colorado and 4 went to Iowa. I've asked Tyler on the day I placed the order and he assured me that it's set up correctly and will ship properly. Just to be safe, I've asked about rep to check afterwards, and she also claimed everything was fine and will ship appropriately (phone call). When I got my phone 10/2, I realized the other phones were shipped incorrectly. I've called customer support and ultimately said it's too late. After a long chat, they agreed to compensate $20 for shipping, though my shipping of 2 phones with insurance was $58. Oh well.

Once others got their phones on 10/2, they couldn't activate any lines. Mine however, seemed to activate right away. Called again all day to get no help - was placed on hold so many times probably totaling 2 hours of just hold time. I gave up, tried again for the next couple days... finally get one person in the Port dependent (after about 10 others) who found that the phones are not doing to be activated until 10/5.

With my phone, I couldn't receive texts starting 10/2, well not all texts. It seemed that I can only get texts from other Verizon users. Again, called about this while also chatting online. After talking to people for a couple days, 10/4, all they had to do was reset the network. Hours wasted... Again.

Now, with the trade in deal, I've received no instructions for that while Tyler placed the order. I've again reached out to 3 more people, the 2 initially said that the shipping box is coming, just wait. The last person I've talked to today, 10/8, said nothing is showing on my account. I had to go into the trade in link to submit that. Sigh... I have like 14 days to get my phone to them, almost 7 days already gone because Verizon is not on top of it. If I don't get my promo, I think I'm going to just switch back. Literally the worst service I've ever seen for trying to buy their services. 5 new phones and 5 unlined lines... You would think they want my services right?

Days wasted just to get phones to work properly. Terrible. "Best network" but worst customer service apparently.

Gosh I'm sorry, my auto text from my phone is terrible on this post... updated post - changes made are italicized:

So regarding trade in...

I've asked two Verizon reps of my status last week, both of which said it was received in their warehouse and it will be processed without issues.

Today, I get an email saying the device is not received....! Verizon is absolutely garbage if this is the case.

I've used their tracking number Verizon provides and shipped it myself (due to time restraints as listed above in my post). It was delivered last Tuesday, and it's over a week past the delivery date (following Friday - about a week and a half). In between, as mentioned before, I've asked twice and both reps assured me that it has been received.

Any Verizon rep able to help and let me know what really is going on? Did you get it or not....?
