I have had so many problems with Verizon. I have called many times and spoken to people about adding a feature to block “No Caller ID” calls and paid for it and it never works! I have also blocked numbers several times and go back on to the website to see that the number is no longer there again.
It is such a Hassel to get anything done with Verizon and have them actually take care of the problem.
It is always our goal to ensure your services are performing properly. Which service did you get that blocked all calls with no Caller ID? Was this Smart Family or Call Filter? *Robert
