Can’t speak to a supervisor

How do I get someone with some authorization to fix a problem answers a phone call? I have tried making phone calls and been transferred back and forth between sales and customer care. Each saying the other dept has to fix it. Spent close to 5 hours on the phone. Called the second day and was promised a call back the same day. Still hasn’t happened. Spent several hours on chat and was disconnected twice with no supervisor available. Verizon made an error and no one has had the authorization to fix my problem and I am about to give up. I already started looking into the promotions other carriers are offering to switch. This is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. A company that I pay $300 a month to for their service should be able to answer a dang phone call. So much for taking care of your loyal customers!
