I am unable to receive texts on my Doogee S88 Plus. I know it's not an "approved Verizon phone", but all other things work ie. can make and receive calls, send texts, and use internet. Customer support chat told me get an authorized device and closed chat without any attempt to troubleshoot. Anyone have any ideas?
