After being a customer of Verizon Wireless for many years, I am EXTREMELY disappointed and DISGUSTED with this company and I will never give Verizon Wireless my business again. After calling customer service on THREE separate occasions about a double charge on my bill (meaning I already paid for the items and they were trying to charge me a second time for something I already paid for), I received different answers every single time and the last time I made a formal complaint because they're claiming they never received my money even though I SEE THE CHARGES ON MY BANK STATEMENT. So if they don't have my money, where did it go? That's a major problem. I'm not paying twice for something like I have a money tree growing out in my backyard. So after I made my complaint, the next day they cut off my service because of "non-payment on my bill" because I refuse to give you blockheads over $300 TWICE. So I ported out my number to a different (and better) carrier and I am more than willing to pay off what I owe MINUS the +$300 you people are double charging me for. If you continue to keep trying to get me to pay for something I already paid for, I have no issue getting a lawyer involved. Because that is disgusting and absolutely RIDICULOUS that after paying for your overpriced cell services, for over TEN YEARS I will add, that you would treat a paying customer this way. You are NOT getting that money from me because you already have it. Stay away from this company, seriously. Absolute useless and vile trash.

What your bank says is irrelevant. If the account isn't showing a payment that went through, that's on your bank. Any port out charges to the end of the billing cycle so those charges are going to be considered valid.

Paying that off is up to you if it's worth the credit hit. 

I dunno why people think the attorney threat is threatening anyone. Guarantee the fees alone are going to be a lot more than the $300.

That's literally the dumbest thing I've ever heard because you clearly did not read my post correctly so whatever you just said is completely irrelevant. Also, being an internet thug isn't really cute. Harrass someone else. Thank you.
