Device Dollars and poor customer service when placing the order

I'd like a phone number to call regarding poor customer service and device dollars disappearing when you try to use them.  Also, some are used and not applied to the bill.

ReRe5, device dollars are awesome and I know how handy they can be to your account. No worries, help is here. Keep in mind that you only have 30 days to redeem them or you lose them. What exactly shows on the screen when you try to redeem the reward?
